I decided to go for a stroll looking for factories to hit nearby and not even 5 minutes after searching I found this place, checked it out, looked for POEs(there was plenty), and decided to go the next day. This place had been mostly emptied out, and I think it's going to be under development soon as I saw city workers leaving it while I was scoping it out the prior day. So I hope others will get to see it at some point but chances are slim.
