My friend (going by Gate Keeper) and I are new to this site! It's not like we haven't been doing this stuff before... ;)

So last night we went bicycling around to explore something I spotted earlier in the day. Check out the photos:

Some prime real estate in the middle of the mansions of Point Grey, but actually. One lot is huge with only a tiny gazebo on it and a wall covered in graffiti you walk through to get in.
The other house is all boarded up and clean on the front. Then you walk around and it's covered in graffiti and is trashed. We plan to return so we can go explore inside.

Awesome! I used to live in Vancouver and I can't wait to go back and explore.

I think Azazel and I looked into that house once. Didn't go inside, the air seemed hazardous. Wear a mask if you go in.

We returned and brought some tools and face masks. It was worth it, incredible. Some graffiti dated 2008. Half the house was falling a part, the basement was riddled with spiders... I hate spiders.

Then there was the upstairs. Probably the most messed up scene I've ever been in. It was obviously a drug-riddled-fucked-up-last-resort squat. Good thing no one was there when we were, the milk cartons had an expiry date of Aug 2014.

All together really interesting and eye opening.1.
