...is a theatre in a dying industrial area. I never paid it a visit because it was pretty boring even the before vandalism, the theatre itself was one big empty hall. Recently some people have pulled a bunch of the original seats from where they were stored and put them back! Looks pretty cool and made it worth a visit at the end of a succesful exploring day.

It's not very visually attractive by itself (ugly colours and a bit modern) so I did heavier post-processing than usual.
