	It's been 5 years now i'm doing UE and never get tired of it, done almost 50 crazy explo last year and this weekend im heading NY from MTL to do some spot. (mostly because everything down here is done) lol I can't sleep like if it was the firt time i was going to infiltrate a building! Is you're 'flame' still burning like me, after all those years?! I can't wait, 3 days to do 7 spot! I hope we have time to do most of them, there will be not a big ammount of sleep this WE i can guarantee you!

	often before morning explores... there is late night .... um..... drinks of beer or whiskey. and sometimes it comes from an old mason jar.
	When I say I'm 'clean and sober', it means I've showered and I'm headed to the liquor store.

	I usually don't have a problem, but I always take some Melatonin before bed regardless. I do always leave way too early, though, because I don't want to wait any longer.

	I usually sleep just fine, but have a nervous ritual of sorts that is related to packing my gear bag. The night before (or the hours before) an explore that I am somewhat anxious about, I spend a long time looking over everything and packing it in my bag, taking extra time to make sure everything is situated in just the perfect way. Usually, when I am done, I will remember something else I wanted to bring, or decide that a certain item isn't needed. Then I spend more time reorganizing and repacking. My wife has picked up on this, and will lightly tease me about it throughout the process. I'm not sure if it will ever go away, but I don't mind. In a way, that intense anticipation is one of the things I enjoy about our hobby.

Same here with the melatonin. My brain is usually in overdrive the night before, sometimes I'll only get a couple of hours sleep. Frustrating to say the least.

	Since I sleep right after my late night adventures, I knock out just fine

	Sheffield is the place to be for exploring. The entire city is filled with abandoned factories, churches etc. This means that I can spontaneously go exploring any time I want. Both yesterday and today I just decided half way through my day to go for an explore. I've never lost any sleep over explores, even when I've been abroad on a highly anticipated explore. (Well, to be honest I barely slept at all the night before exploring Non Plus Ultra in Italy. That one must've had more to do with the fact that we spent the night trying to sleep outside in a park though ;) ) http://www.uer.ca/...urrpage=1&pp#post0
