Recently I loaned a friend some money and he was having issues paying me back so he came across an old Konica Autoreflex TC. Surprisingly I put batteries in and all the proper gadgets move but I haven't tried film yet. Considering I put film in and it works, would anyone have any idea if it's worth anything? I haven't ever heard of a Konica. Any info could help out.

Never heard of Konica?? They actually played a very substantial role in film and camera production, later on merging to form Konica Minolta. The TC is a lower model, but if its operational then absolutely go fire off some frames.
Just a heads up also, you might want to check the accuracy of the light meter, most of the autoreflexes took mercury batteries and modern batteries have a different voltage causing either constant over or underexposure (depending on the model)

The lenses are like butter! Seriously, the optics are highly sought after for people with compact digital systems for motion picture work!

Yeah the dude handed me a Minolta and Konica cuz he owed me like 20$, Konica works, I haven't found batteries to fit the Minolta yet but both bodies are in great shape, and the lenses look well kept too. I'd like to get them both running so I could play around with some older film cameras. If I get one operational I'll put the produced photos on here. They look like they're in working order tho. Guess we'll see

Here's a spot to find the manuals: http://www.butkus.org/chinon/

And for cheap film to try it out that's not cheap on quality: http://filmphotogr...ampler-box-9-rolls

Many thanks sir. I have no knowledge whatsoever of a film camera but might as well learn, if not then pass them to the next photo head who's interested.
