i recently had the chance to explore an old paper mill, thats being renovated, in Charlotte. some shots are edited but most are not. the building is 3 stories plus a basement. i went everywhere, from up on the roof, to down in the basement. the building dates from around 1909 and was last used in 2004. the elevator was inspected until 2005.
