Interesting proposal. I kinda hope it pans out, because otherwise it looks like they'll be demoing some of the buildings.

I was up that way years ago. The architecture is fascinating, but a lot of these places are starting to really show their age and lack of maintenance.

That look like a very interesting place. It would be great if they could restore it into some sort of housing complex or something. It's clear that they've seen better days but I hate seeing old buildings torn down.

Considering the buildings are over a century-old, they're in remarkable condition. I think their architecture is enough reason to preserve them, not to mention their historical significance.
