It's been a minute since there has been anything interesting around here above ground but I drove by, I reversed, I always carry a potato. I apologize ahead of time for that but hey, I had fun. Enjoy

1. Walking up to the 180' climb

2. Part of the mammoth pump system

3. From the bottom I could see the catwalk and actually got the true scale of the commencing accent

4. Once on the catwalk I let my hands regain feeling before carrying on

5. Up into the bell and only one more ladder between me and a beautiful night view of the snow covered landscape

6. I am saddened that this picture didn't take well. The view was amazing.

Wow, that looks pretty cool. I would have trouble trusting the ladder for such a great distance, but at least it looks new and properly maintained. I bet that was a pretty rewarding view once you finally got to the top.

It wouldn't be the integrity of the ladder I'd worry about, it'd be my clumsiness!

... clumsiness was a worry. The 20° weather and very cold hands was my main concern.

The climb was cool but after the asteroid I got to see some weird blue green shooting star like anomalies from the tower falling from the sky.

I would not have the issue of cold hands, quite the opposite actually.

Nice photos. Where is the water actually stored in relation to where you were in #5?

Thanks... this was new construction so #5 is where the water was to be stored. Technically, I would have been underwater if it was in service.
