In Massachusetts if your in a building day or night, tools or not, whether you broke in, or walked through an open door, its felony breaking and entering. If its a place that has anybody currently living in a non abandoned section, but your in an abandoned section, its home invasion... they don't screw around in my state at all.


Im sure in a state like Wyoming its different, but here, your fucked if you get caught in one of these places and get a cop then judge who isn't amused

I'm with you on this one, and the thread just seems to be continuing further downhill... And legal implications aside, the original premise of dissolving concrete with chemicals is pretty far-fetched anyway. Loxor time!
