Only Season 1, Episode 8 of Constantine has shot in this place so far. From the previews it looks like the next upcoming episode may have also shot there, but I can't say as it's not out yet and it looks like it's going to be abruptly cancelled (probably because it's just awful).

This is certainly a popular location with ATL productions; the Furious 7 movie shot there last year, and the upcoming Powers TV show shot there just a few weeks ago.

Yeah, kind of; that fountain looks fishy because it's partly CGI. The actual fountain at this location is just the lower basin part, and has been left dry for decades. The upper tiers and the water aren't actually there IRL.

Also, J. J. Abrams clearly consulted on Exterior 4.
