My year in review - 2014 was a cool year, got to explore a few times and got to do a lot of traveling. Visited Europe for non-UE things but still managed to stumble drunk into an isolation hospital next to my hotel in south of France right near the Spain border. Got to visit the small and poor fishing village where my mom's family is from in Co. Galway, Ireland... Met the only remaining living family member there, 98 years old and doesn't speak a word of English. Got to go inside the untouched abandoned houses (some intact, others in ruins) that my family built before coming to America. The most intact one was where my Great Uncle and Aunt lived until their deaths in the 1980s, and all their stuff still just sitting there. Came back to America learned how to develop both B&W and C-41 processes. Got a new car and moved to Rhode Island.
1 & 2 are of Marlboro State Hospital in NJ prior to demolition this year. Gonna miss that place, it was the first psychiatric hospital I ever visited when I first got into this stuff.
