A few shots from one building within a London mental hospital operating from 1937-2007. The hospital operated within old workhouse buildings constructed in the late 1800s.

The morgue, which is to be retained and turned into a house if I recall correctly.




No slab, but a few bits and pieces remained here until someone booted the back gate in and everything of scrap value disappeared.

Love it when someone find personal notes left behind or patient records. Quite interesting...He denies any thoughts or plans to hurt himself. He says that the voices he hears talking to each other still talk about him...poor guy...had multiple voices in his head. Hope he didn't have to endure ECT to rid himself of them.

Remember this place well, had a truly annoying fail here...think quite a bit is demolished now.
