Got out for the first time in a couple months the other day to do some much needed exploring. I met up with PerspectiveIMG(aka Perspective Images Photography) and we headed out to hit up a couple UER locations. Our prize for the day was the Horton Feedlot in Ft. Lupton, CO. After driving by twice to asses an entry plan, we parked some ways away and hiked around to enter from a location where we "never saw" any No Trespassing signs...too easy. Man, this location did not disappoint. What was once a thriving industrial building, a driving force in the agricultural scene of Ft. Lupton, is now ruled by pigeons and a Barn Owl. This was definitely a great way to send off the 2014 Urbex year.
