began in 1920 . It was a cancer treatment hospital and offered many services. . After its closure in 2003, ideas have surfaced for multiple different redevelopment plans but for environmental concerns, none have come through.

	Word to the wise, you may want to avoid posting a video that actually shows you entering the property. Its an easy way to get caught, it's extremely incriminating evidence, and lastly its against UER policy. Keep in mind that these are public forums.
