Seriously though, really nice job on this. I know I told you a couple weeks ago that I was going to have a video posted. Compass was f'd up on my quadrotor and I didn't know it. Crashed the mother HARD! lol. Waiting on 3 new motors and 4 prop guards to come in. Then I'll get back in the air and try it again.

sucks about your drone. thats why i havent gotten one. i know ill crash it over and over and have to keep spending money on it.

The drones are really easy to fly, as long as everything is working right and you don't take it where there is a lot of radio interference. In this case, the compass/GPS wasn't working right. Problem is, I knew that when I took it out.

But I had just bought that new gimbal for it and I was so excited about trying it out I just couldn't wait. Well, now rather than wait 1 day till I could get a chance to reprogram it, I've been down for 2 weeks waiting on parts.

Luckily since it belongs to my job, I don't have to buy the parts. lol. That makes it a little better. I've had the thing for over a year and I've never taken it out like that before. I just couldn't wait and that was a really dumb thing to do. It would have taken me less than an hour to reprogram it. Live and learn I guess.

By this video I'm guessing that the packard plant has security now? I was always under the impression that you could do whatever the fuck you wanted to do at this place

Edit - Nevermind, Google is my friend. I'm surprised the new owner payed as much as he did for the property especially considering the amount of money and time he's gonna have to put into redevelopment
