Not sure where I saw this on History Channel or Discovery Channel but several cities have face readers (facial recognition programs running on public street cams) ostensibly to recognize known terror suspects already in their DB..

Yes. Being Mexican (are there any others in here besides Yeya?) myself, my birth certificate describes me as "White", and legal citations describe us that way as well. Why? I do not know. That is simply how the system sees us.
