videos may be pulled down if they do contain entry information.

they should be pulled immediately a video of a POE makes it even easier for "undesirables" to get into a place. much like the guys who post all their videos online of San Francisco's hidden bunker systems..

hmmm... actually well done. was expecting something awful. Regarding fake or not, probably real, because its in Kiev. Even if he did get some sort of permission, its still great stuff!
I wish someone carried all my stuff like that +do cam work!

One thing that was very annoying is the narration. Just the way he says things sounds very pretentious. Watched it in Russian, still too much self love. =)
Don't have to talk about how dangerous UE can be all the time.

Otherwise great camera work, clearly put lots of effort whether with permission or not).
Would be great to see next episode!

Going forward, yes in most cases. Not all (Read my post pinned at the top of the video forum). Going backward, no. We'd have to burn 1/2 the videos that are already posted and have been here for weeks or months.

Dude. This was fucking awesome. This has to be one of the best urban exploration videos I've ever seen. I really look forward to watching more. You really know how to edit and film the whole thing, and host. You could feel the adventures and I loved that you included history. That is some hardcore and awesome exploration as well. Keep it up!

Hello guys. I represent the Insiders project crew and want to tell you a few things. Unfortunately our host, who is a real urban explorer for more than 10 years, is not quite good in english yet, so he couldn't write here now.So i will tell a few things and answer a few questions if you will. I myself a director, editor, producer and post-production designer of the project and I didn't know anything about urban exploration before meeting Dmitry a year ago. So the first i want to say is that there is no fake situations in the video, we had no permission to film, the pipe accident was real, and running away from the garden keepers to, all the situations filmed are 100% real for sure. Also, you shouldn't worry about the POE, it got totally welded a few days after our filming and so this POE doesn't exist anymore. Now about the form of it all. We planned our project as a show for a wide audience and not only for explorers. I personally like comparison with Discovery channel because it was one of our main references in a production. And also we have nothing common with Mustang Wanted. He is just a crazy guy who likes to hang on high objects and we are trying to show not only an extreme part, but also to entertain and educate a viewer about different interesting technical or historical things. PS: I want to thank very much everyone who watched our show and wrote his opinion. And If you have any more questions, fill free to ask them! Sorry, if my english isn't perfect.

I can see why the veterans wouldn't be entirely game for a new comer posting such graphic material, it does take away from the genuineness of the account. My opinion: great piece, very informative, and good shots. Wouldn't mind seeing more of that for the future.

However, the whole idea of having a crew with you does take away the credibility of this being real. (ie: yall entering without permission or a premapped entry way/route through)

My idea to combat that^: just shoot the whole thing from self mounted cameras. May not be everyones cup of tea but, hey, at least the perspective makes it a whole lot more believable.

Of course most if not all of us are very interested in historical and technical aspects of a location. That's one of the reasons we do this. But the high levels of publicity and bringing locations to a wide audience are not usually what most UE folks are wanting to do.

Doing so often keeps others from being able to access the location because it then gets sealed or secured in such a way that it's impossible to access.

And your English is just fine. No problems there.

I took the first line of his original post, placed it in quotes, and entered it into Google (exact phrase search). The results are that he has posted this exact text, verbatim, on 20-25 forums (Join, copy text, paste to thread, move on to the next forum). This is a classic clickbait grab. Again, this is the type of stuff that used to drive me nuts when I was moderating forums (hence, why I'm not moderating forums anymore).

If the members and moderators are going to let stuff like this go because of "production value" or just how cool it is, then this entire community is going to go to crap. I think members should have to stick by some rules in order to post links to their personal portfolios. They should have to make a proper introduction, participate in the community, post some photos/video, and earn the trust of the community.

I hope I'm not coming off sounding like a cranky, old, man, but I do like this community and don't want it to turn into a forum full of "drive-by" spam posts.

I suspect that this post is exactly what you are saying it is, and I've suspected that from the beginning. Check my early posts. No one is letting anything go because of production value. We have rules here, have had rules since the beginning, and this user has not violated any of the rules that have guided this community for 15 plus years.

You can't "over regulate" a community based forum like this. If you do, you end up killing it. The UER members have given enough feedback that the original poster will know what to do if they ever choose to post here again.

Consider too that new members earn, or fail to earn, the trust of the community by what they post. Not by having to wait a certain time to post. This scenario is playing out exactly as it should. If stuff like this drives you nuts, then it's a good thing for you that you don't moderate forums anymore.

This picture of him with the flare is why I said that. Also, the man is no crazier than the rest of us. ;)

The video was certainly well shot, clearly some effort has gone into the production. Only problem, and a big one for me is that it feels so painfully dishonest. You can't talk about how scary and dangerous something is when the location you are filming in is clearly relaxed enough to get reverse shots, cutaways and re-takes. Any tension you tried to build with the narration or opening shots is instantly lost, it just doesn't work.

Sadly because of this the video felt very predictable and formulaic, like it was filmed from the outside looking in by a production company, which, if you were aiming for TV, then I could certainly see non explorer's finding it very interesting.

However, as an explorer I felt utterly no passion from the video. I know that might sound stupid, but you need to at least attempt to make the viewer empathize with your host. It just reminded me of all the other Russian 'esk' videos out there, all flash with no substance, a simple "look at me, aren't I cool". None of them feel like they actually enjoy the activity and only seek to make a quick buck and get some fame.

On the plus side, you've certainly got a good framework to progress. Just tone down the overly dramatic acting and cheesy narration and you've got yourself a winner.

Hmm...

I think I liked it overall... but, it definitely felt kind of forced. The host was over-acting most of the time and it felt like he was blowing some lines of coke off camera or something.

But again, I enjoyed the style, the inclusion of history, and a good job of bringing the audience along for an entire journey up to the star.

This was definitely made for a wider audience and television, or at least it sure felt like that's what you were going for.

I am curious as to how you got your last shot pulling out with the flare?

Hello guys. It's been a long time.)
The final shot was made using dji phantom and go pro.
And yes we shared the same post in different places because we are quite new in communicating with world urbex community.

We finally started our Kickstarter campaign and want to show it to you. We know that a big part of people here will be not happy with it, but we spent a lot of time and did a big amount of work to make this happen, and much more work is about to be done in the future.

https://www.kickst...on-documentary-ser

We will be much grateful for supporting us somehow. And of course tell us what you think about it, in general.
