Does anyone have any information about this place, as far as current owners or usage?

I was here the other night and while it's most definitely abandoned, there was still some industrial equipment laying around. Including a fully functional backhoe. The equipment is owned by another company situated down the road, that as far as I know, does not own the property. Possibly storing here without permission?

No pics unfortunately, it was at night at I wouldn't dare go during the day or use any kind of light other than a red flashlight.

If it's landscaping equipment and a few white ford trucks... I know who it is and they have permission. They also like shooting at trespassers.

No it's paving equipment, and some snow removal. Possibly the same company though. Nice to know, I'll bring a bulletproof vest if I ever go back.

One of the buildings contained paving equipment you can tell which one it is by the locked door the rest was slowly being torn down not much their anyway lot of empty rooms. I got to have the fun of walking up a conveyor to get to a locked second floor

It didn't look like anything had been torn down to me. Everything was mostly untouched besides the regular vandalism.
