6,7,8 has already been bought and is currently being renovated. As for the mansion, I sadly can't say the same.

Its owned by a business not an individual, which I believe is part of the problem. It's not their top priority by any stretch of the imagination. They occasionally charge vast amounts of money for tv shows amd movies to film in there, but thats about all.
