Finally got around to spending some time checking out the Hobo Hotel. There was a lot of really good graffiti in there. If you go I recommend staying on the 2nd level only. Street level has been completely overtaken by black mold. Its really bad. Really, really bad. The only places on the main level worth checking out are the pool house and the 50s style diner. The natural lighting in the diner puts off a very nostalgic vibe as well.

The gumball machine was intact my first time there about 6 years ago. First try it was real secure, then some scrappers pulled some A/C units and left several good POE's.

There were no boards on the windows at all at that time and the power was still on.

That one is going to sit for years before any redevelopment happens.

Black mold is really, really bad on the street level. The whole place will need to be demolished. The diner is about the only thing salvageable.

Ive been twice and the second time there I didnt see the snake. Someone musta got him out
