"The campus was built in 1914 as a women's reformatory. The campus was repurposed into a detention center for young men in the Atlanta area. The detention center closed in the late '90s and a few of the buildings were then used by a psychoanalysis-type medical provider. This picture was taken in the security desk. The control panel could lock and unlock cells, etc.

Many of the buildings are wide open, but the building is far enough away from the city that it still has interesting things inside and isn't totally blown out.
