	Good stuff! Steam plants are actually one of my favorite parts of old hospitals. The awesome size of the equipment, and really just the old equipment and machines themselves are some of my favorite things to see. Also in my experience the steam plants are generally much more intact. I figure usually when hospitals are shut down they auction off most of the hospital related things, but do not bother with the steam buildings. The sheer size of the machines make them difficult for scrappers to steal as well.
