Recent voyage down to a quickly disappearing local yielded some really great grabs. Hope to get back down at least once more before things totally vanish. So many of the L buildings that I explored as late as last August are now gone. This is the first time I've gone through with a "real" camera. Enjoy!

#4 is one of the most amazing photographs I think I've ever seen. I've never seen anything quite like it; it's so much like a collage. You could plaster it upon a printing of House of Leaves and it'd be perfect. Only, the framing is bothering me a bit.

Thanks, and nicely done inserting my favorite book into your post, quite an honor. If you're talking about the angle at which I shot from, i tried to manipulate a bit in photoshop. In the moment, it was hard to see if I was straight on, the building is not perfectly symmetrical and the windows are no different. I suppose a bit more tweaking may be in order.
