What a impressive place. Pic 4 and 5 looks like someone totally still lives there...until you see the rest of your pics. There is something that really catches my in 2. That tall green tiled object with the door on bottom. Is that some kind of heating? But, love the angle of this shot. You can see the leaded glass doors and the old wallpaper.

Yes, that green column is an old heating system, there are other 3 of them in the house. It's like a fireplace -you put carbon or wood inside to burn- but here tiles spread the heat around the room in the way a modern heating system does.
