A persona non grata who was exiled from UER (and presumably private exploring circles as well) because he did unethical things both as an explorer and as a human being. He's being referenced here for dark comedic effect because one aspect of his infamy derives from an incident in which he "accidentally" set something important on fire. (Few people believe his version of the story.)

Sat images show the factory part is gone, only the office building is still standing. Can anyone verify?
