I would have to agree that it was likely a hasty eviction. Hard to believe folks would leave computer equipment, TV's, clothes, pictures, etc.

The calendars don't lie. In several apartments there were calendars from 2013 with the month at September/October. I'm guessing the residents did not have a lot of time to move and surely it did not take long for people to wreak havoc on this place.

Great find man. People living hand-to-mouth on limited incomes often have to choose what they can only carry when faced with eviction. Those fortunate enough to have a car can only fill it with so many essentials, even less if you have a spouse and kids.
