This is an unfinished swimming stadium in Italy.
The project is by architect Santiago Calatrava.
They spent about 240 millions euros to reach this point and then ran out of money and now these concrete skeletons are more or less abandoned.

Great pictures but I wonder as Santiago Calatrava still fooling so many people and not end up in jail.
In Spain the works of this scoundrel who have been half-built or tripling the initial costs are innumerable.
In Bilbao built a bridge with a glass floor and people were slipping and falling to the ground.

In this case Calatrava is not guilty. He only did the project. All the troubles came from italian authorities who were in charge to build the place.
