Even though he left more than his footprints in the hospital, it is certainly creative and interesting.

Well, for starters surrealism certainly is not everyone's cup of tea.
Personally, I always enjoy seeing new things and this qualifies, even if he 'destroyed' the place for urbex. (by the way he mentioned in the video that after a few weeks the paint started coming off)

I would definitely not want to see this becoming a fad for artists, yet as I said it is interesting to come upon something new now and then.
Imagine that if not for this, chances are you'd never even lay eyes on the hospital itself.
