His crooked photos all have the same bland processing, poor composition and lighting. It has to be a joke.

If it ain't overdone HDR, it ain't urbex.

There was some post on here about some old man's body that had been discovered in an abandoned house, just kinda chillin' in a chair for a few years.

With pictures, they were gross. Damned if I can't find it.

The first house I explored, went back a couple years later. My friend pointed out something I didn't notice the first time... a bathtub behind the door of the bathroom. Full to the brim of sludgy black liquid.
First thing that came to mind was that scene from the end of Silence of the Lambs. Creeped me out.

Depends on the state of the body.

Fresh? Get out of there real quick.

Old and crispy... probably take some pictures and consider it a more interesting adventure. IF it's obviously something suspicious *maybe* an anonymous police tip, but probably not if it's looking like just an overdose or suicide or the type of thing most likely to be found there.

An actual perfectly clean skeleton? I... would probably try to keep the skull, honestly. I collect skulls, and keep telling myself i never want a human one in the mix because that's a little too creepy, but i know if i was presented with the opportunity, i wouldn't be able to resist.

Regardless on the situation, I'd anonymously inform the police. I feel respect for the dead is more important than preserving a location.

Jeeesze, if you find a body or skeleton trespassing, call the cops and wait. They aren't interested in your trespassing if that's all you did. Them being made aware of a body is more important than your illusion of privacy. They would try to track you down anyway as you are the last link in the chain.

To me respect for the dead and preserving a potential crime scene takes presidence over some chicken shit fear of being busted for trespass. The body's state of decomposition is irrelevant as it needs to be investigated regardless. The only exception by a disturbed grave site, sometimes that happens in poorly or abandoned graveyards. That should be reported as well. Graveyards are not a trespassing issue.
And never ball or skull fuck the dead

I figured bugs would've eaten that fucker. Some blowflies laying eggs in his dead ass and the maggots eating him down to bones. I wonder why they left him alone? Maybe he was such a fucking drunk, he poisoned his own system with his excesses. I've heard of such ugliness.

Maybe we have different views on death.

Respect is for the living... the respectable living, anyway. And once someone is dead, their memory and accomplishments are still deserving of that respect, but the body is just a body.

Bull. That is disgusting, loathsome, and could be crossing the line into criminal liability. Your views are irrelevant concerning finding a dead body and what to do.
You would be tampering with a potential crime scene. You're not a coroner or a criminal investigator and only they can make the determination if it is a crime scene.
