This is one of my all time favorite locations. I first heard of it about 14 years ago if memory serves me right. They had hosted a few Halloween haunted houses here. Independent explorations were plenty.
I'm guessing anyone near my area remembers this spot. I hope I don't piss anyone off by posting this. I considered not doing so but I just think that anyone who has been here may be interested to know that it is in great hands and preservation is a priority, if you didn't already know that.
My hope is that anyone one who knows where this is would still be cool enough to continue respecting the place. I'm also thinking that anyone not cool enough would not be able to find it based on this post. But, even if they do find it (and I wouldn't want to literally issue a dare to these bastards, but, for the sake of metaphor and lack of better words), I dare them. A business operates here. People live here. Security is tight. And they don't give a shit about trespassing. The owner has asked the police to charge for B&E, since you'd have to do so to get in. He claims that that could potentially get you 3-5 years.
The place is cool enough just to look at.

This is the church, there is a steeple, and we were the people 4.
Well over 115 years of history inside the church 5.
Mostly in tact stained glass 6.
Another portion of the church building 7.
Two photos poorly placed next to each other in order to show the whole building 8.
