Hello all, I'm new to this site but for the past four years I've been fascinated by the beauty that comes with the decay of abandoned buildings. I did a little bit of exploring in a spot in eastern Colorado and loved it. These are some of my favorites from that trip. Number one is from when I lived in Arkansas, this picture is the one that started my love for photographing urban decay, I figured it belonged on here.

Loose the watermark, it subtracts from the images a LOT

Even on a site with a lot of trust, like this one, watermarks are necessary for anyone pursuing a career, as well as copyright protection. Of course, one could use a watermark less intrusive...

Welcome to UER. Next time try to to shoot locations, not wild watermarks hanging around on the inside.

2 watermarks per photo aren't enough. Someone is going to steal your photos.. Add a third!

Oh, and welcome to UER! I hope you're enjoying your hazing! ;]

2 watermarks but no white border?

All I saw was the watermark. You should have put a photo behind it at least to keep me from stealing it. I watermarked it though so it's cool.

I really did want to like these but I get distracted easily. But good job on managing to use 8 Bleeding Cowboy font characters into one.

Alright alright I get it, I'll chill on the watermarks. Like dashrsp said I'm just trying to protect my photos. Thank you to everyone who left feedback on the photos though, but to make everyone happy here they are again...no watermarks... I also found some pictures that I thought I lost from another trip.

Welcome man part 2.

5 and 6 are awesome. I like 14 too.

Also involved in your hazing was self deprecation towards my propensity for corner watermarks and fantastic white borders. I don't know why my avatar doesn't have one.

Hi sir!

Agree with the truck picture too... that's an awesome one

(for the watermark stuff, at the beginning I was a watermarks freak when I started photog. but the more you get into it and the more you understand that if someone want to remove it, he can do it... my only advice is to put your pictures small enough so nobody can print them or/and make a business with... If it's used by a blog or a web site that doesn't make money with, I don't care, as long as they give me credit. If I find someone using it and making money with, then i send the bill. that's all. my resolution is not more than 960px wide.)

Cool set! Maybe we'll meet someday when I'm back in Denver late summer!

Have a good one.

Cheers
