Vacant doesn't necessarily mean abandoned. A lot of "abandoned" places still have owners, which is why a lot of them are afraid of people getting injured on their properties, etc.

Sounds like one of those things that would be awesome to attend and a nightmare to host.

I'd love to have a party in a drain somewhere. The problem I see is people getting to and from. Sharing an entry point isn't really kosher, throwing it out on social media even less so.

An old bunker or a gutted factory or warehouse would be more appropriate, if only because they're not *that* interesting to explore anyway.

Underground/drain parties are a super fantastic time! I've attended some with 50+ people before. It's usually a lot more low-key than abandonment parties.
