There was a field quite a few miles north of town here. Been there for a while, I used to go scope it out in high school. A wheat field with a small creek running through it. In the middle of the wheat field there was a cluster of trees that had the creek running through. And among the trees and wheat someone had a small field of mary-juana. And not wild, give you a headache grass either. It was actually decent....from what I was told *ahem*. I had been keeping an eye on it and was gonna go out and take some shots of it. The traffic around it has been real slow lately, and it wouldn't have been too great considering it isn't harvest time. But still would be some cool shots. Well I went out yesterday evening and I'll be damned if it wasn't just smoldering. Someone burned all the dope up. I haven't seen anything in the papers so I don't know if it was cops or the people that were growing it. Still, bummer.

I actually found out that the former owners sold the land to a windmill company. We have a shitload of windmills out north of town and in that area. Apparently they bought that property to put windmills on also.

I burned all my pot too or I would let you take pictures of it.

I would have stolen it. Careful tho cause sometimes it's guarded, so you never know if you'll run into anybody out there. They don't take kindly to strangers.
