A new member to this site.

I formed a small team of 5 and decided to explore this building across the street of where we live it use to be part of the Art Institute of Ft Lauderdale as a dorm but the owner closed off the lease about a year ago so we no longer use it I've never been there before this night. There is a homeless man living in the building it still has power, certain windows are destroyed and I'm assuming the building will be demolished within the next year. Here are some photos I took for you guys too see.
