Aftermarket rims are the best way to ruin an otherwise official looking Crown Vic.

Just my 2 cents.

Air ride, however, isn't.

And yes, it is exactly as awesome to see in person as you might think.

On the rally team, we quickly learned that those wheels are virtually indestructible... stronger than the purpose built rally wheels (Speedline and Compomotive) we were running on cars. And a hell of a lot cheaper.

I think mine came off a '95 Outback. Great wheels, I think they're the best looking stock rims that came on that era's Soobs. They were the first mod I bought for that car; nothing makes a beater look good faster than a nice set of wheels to replace the steelies. Too bad those steelies have to going back on soon - winter is coming

....the previous owner, Bondo Benny, rattle-canned the wheels without even cleaning them with el cheapo gold paint. they look poo in person.

That happened real close to where I live; the cop who fell into it was fine so it's officially hilarious. Knowing the geography around here, I'd say it was likely an old mine shaft or adit that collapsed. A local brewery even made a beer about it!
