Artists promoting their own work is as old as art itself. It is not whoring. I'm not posting naked selfies, that is closer to whoring. I'm sharing my art, like generations of artists and photographers before me.

If this was a popularity contest, well, I clearly already either won or lost years ago, depending on who you ask. I share my UE related content here, and people/haters can put quotation marks or parentheses around the word art all they like, but when someone creates something like music, writing or images it is considered art, whether it is enjoyed by each individual viewer or not.

I try my best to share each form of "art" on the appropriate forum with as little crossover as possible on this forum especially (since the UE community seems to be the most closed minded judgemental group of people I've ever come across in the art world).

You continue to call self promotion and sharing of creation whoring, in this case my photography, research and writing. You've referred to my first album as sub par and any mention of it as whoring. And you consistently belittle my street art when at one time you praised and defended it, before you hopped the bandwagon.

There's a difference between self promotion and whoring. To be honest, and take it for for what it is, I have the feeling I do one and you do the other.

But again, my stride shan't be shaken by people that try to tear down, my life will be enriched by those that try to build me up.

I will remain positive despite the handful of haters on this site. I'd have closed my account years ago if it wasn't for positive people that I've met that have become respected friends, most of whom wisely lurk in the shadows as far as the topic of Jerm IX goes. But I know that I have earned the respect of some really terrific people with the UE related artwork that I bring to the table.

Can you and Harvestchild or Seeker say that?

Unlike what you think of your work, I don't necessarily create art. I take pictures. If someone thinks it's art, great, but it is a hobby for me. I'm not pretentious enough to think of myself as an artist. Clearly you do.

That said, many explorers like the pictures I take. And of the explorers I have met in person, I don't think any of them hate me. Can you say that latter statement for yourself?
