	I have never seen #10 or #11 in daylight. It's very odd. I thought the place got burnt out, which was why the boards were removed. Either that, or to make it less hospitable to the homeless and more visible when explorers are present.

	It was tightly boarded up for something like a year. It's still for sale. There were no signs of fire inside. The homeless were still outside in their tents. I figured the owner was trying to air it out.
