Lately I've been really liking the occasional shot of a photograph in an abandonment. For example; a picture of the family who used to live in the house that's now abandoned. Or pictures of staff in an abandoned school or hospital? Posters & Magazines are fair game too!

There's staircase photo threads and broom photo threads, so here's some photo-ception. A photo of a photo... in an abandonment.

Bonus points if you found Abandonment Porn! ;)

Here's my contribution to start us off... I tried to contribute a little bit of everything.

I dunno...

I think it is kinda cool...

Most of us like when abandonments still have personal items.. Lets you see how the people lived letting you look back in history. This is like that... but on an even more personal level..

It's kinda like what this guy Charles Phoenix does.. He collects photo slides he finds in thrift shops & such.. Does shows with them.. Really funny & embarrassing stuff..

In a hoarder house, I found a collage of the family that used to live in it - evidenced by the matching siding in the background of the one pic. I could've dug through that place for days and probably found more, but the excavator beat me to it.

I don't have any good photos of it, but my girlfriend discovered a former teachers house in south Jersey that was packed with bondage and leather gear, tons of freaky granny and gay porn, and other disgusting items.

I couldn't get any good shots of it because I was afraid to touch anything.

Once i found a room with red sofa and many porn magazines on it. Nothing special, except the fact in the same room there was a large picture of Rome's Bishop.

I found these in the former Gary Walgreens. The first scan came off this wall but was returned on the second trip. The second one was found behind the pictured photo counter and I still have it somewhere.

Also: cats are people too?

A room with a huge amount of pictures. Apparently, they are SFW:

And a room with a strange selection of posters:

This freakin' guy:

And I don't know what these pictures were for:

I also have a photo of a Polaroid that was found in a house. It's of some guy putting a certain tool inside a certain orifice but I think it'd be a bit much for the good tastes of this forum.

The sign said "Anybody caught trespassin will be shot on sight"
So I jumped on the fence and I yelled at the house,
"Hey! What gives you the right?" http://www.flickr.com/photos/evman/
