| | | I would go and take the tour if you have any interest at all. It's worth the effort, I think. A great building, and they are doing good things with it. When I went a couple years ago, we saw a lot of hidden areas, unrestored, etc. - it was quite cool. I managed to use a small hand-held tripod discreetly w/o much trouble, resting on nearby objects when need be and shooting quickly. It worked out fine. Their attempt at restricting rights/usage would not hold up if challenged, IMNSHO, so just ignore anything about that, I'd say. I wish they would show off more of the unrestored areas, maybe they will this year - hard to say. If anyone goes, please post info here or in another thread on how it is.

| | | no, it likely wouldn't, for various reasons. One, they'd have to take you to court to try to enforce it, chances are they don't care enough to bother to do so. There would be additional ways to challenge it beyond that as well. IMNSHO, a moot point anyway. I think they do have "photography" tours on the schedule, which would likely allow using a tripod. Posted by Shawn W. Actually it would, if you sign away your rights.
