I think these were just used as storage until the missiles were dismantled under agreement with Russia. Something tells me they are regretting that now.

	Ukraine was the first country to voluntarily give up nuclear weapons. 	They probably actually said 'ха-ха простак' Right there my friends was a perfect waste of 10 minutes at work, translating 'haha suckers' into Russian with google....ok, 5 hours to go... what to do next.
