	Probably less than 10 years, or the person who occupies the school still cleans it since its now his private golf practice course

It's actually for golf. And weirdly enough, I ran into a very similar setup in an abandoned school in darkest Gyeongsangbuk-do. It was still in use and we ran into a guy there practicing his golf swing. Must be a Korean thing: "Oh look, an abandoned school! I'm gonna get some golf practice in."
