There's two stations in which this might be feasible since they're not on regular service track - however they're still used for storing trains and sit on track used for moving trains around.

Unless they're dropping enormous amounts to dig extra tunnels and divert train flow, yeah no.

It would take no small investment to bring those plans to fruition, but I think it would be an amazingly unique idea. I'd love to see something like this become a reality.
