Not sure of the history of this building, but what I am sure of is that it was most definitely a dispensary/grow up until recently. There were government stop work orders inside as well as some heady nugs floatin around for those willing to hunt through the garbage. The wiring is well on it's way to being stripped dry as well.

Be careful around that place- the security they have (or perhaps used to have) pulls guns on you as standard policy. Happened to me once, just sitting in the parking lot.

But maybe that's all gone now!

Don't think that's the case any longer. Based on the number of people I've seen in there that's not happening at all. There were 10 people there the day I was there.

Yes, we met one of the owner friend. talking with him was interesting and, well, cool... He even show us the roof access and came with us. it was a nice morning.
Oh and he gave the keys of the building to one of my friend.
Really nice guy. Not so much left inside.

Yea, we actually had permission to be here one night, the guy whom the owner gave the key let us in and about 45 minutes later the cops came in the building guns drawn. They escorted us out and told us that we need to clear entering the building with DPD and not the owner. Apparently the building is on some red list and gets "broken into and robbed" a lot.

That doesn't surprise me one bit. I think there has been someone in this place almost everyday for the last three weeks. It's definitely a hot spot right now.

Cool photos! Ive kind of always wanted to see a grow op while exploring. Except the safety of walking in to one is what concerns me..

It had already been shut down so I don't think it was that big of an issue. The thing that concerned me was the presence of scrappers. I visited this place close to 10 times in just a few weeks and the scrappers were present every single time. Over the course of those few weeks police presence in this area increased drastically. Huge bummer.

Scrapers tend to ruin things for other people just wanting to explore
