I take it the home-made geiger counter built from tupperware is official Russian army issue?

I'm so mad that I didn't even think of this when I was in Ukraine over the summer. Although I don't think any of my family members would have been OK with me going.
Can anybody say call of duty?

the original sarcophagus that they built is supposed to last 30 years before it begins to fail, which it already has. and plans for a new one is estimated to cost 1 billion dollars. the problem is Ukraine has no money to do this, so an international fund was started....but I think they are about 10 years behind in fund raising, with that 30 year time limit coming up VERY quickly.
