Say I get caught while exploring. Do you think a security guard would want to deal with a drunk 20-something year old who's just shit his pants? That's gotta be a lot of work, especially if you're just trespassing. Would he call the police, or just let you walk away, shaking his head? They can't be paid enough to have to deal with people shitting their pants. What do you think, UER? Should all just take a giant crap in our trousers if we're ever caught by security?

Bonus: Rubbing your poo all over you will mark you as your own territory and mentally unstable, and will likely result in security running from you as fast as possible. (Hey, your own poo can't be as bad as crawling through other people's poo!)

I discovered a loop hole a while back. You can't be taken in for both public indecency and trespassing.
You can't trespass on public property.
If your trespassing without clothes then your not in public, therefore it isn't public indecency any more than being naked in your own house is.

Wear underwear or nothing at all.

In grade one or two (It's fairly fuzzy), I was exploring the vents (I could get into every room in the row). After getting caught (popped out into an occupied room) I tried to think of a way to get out of it as I was being dragged to office by four teachers (they each took a limb).

There is so much failed logic in this one. You CAN in fact trespass on public property.

I am interested in how you arent trespassing if you take your clothes off? Quite often they mark parks as closed. then it would be trespassing if it is marked. It is a public place, and if I am naked, I would also be guilty of public indecency.
