Black, tar/oil like substance placed on top of walls and other things that are frequently climbed on to disallow people to trespass onto roofs, into warehouses etc.

Will stain clothes and skin if unprotected.

Description from a anti-climb paint making company
(http://www.andura....t/anti-climb-paint)

  • A permanently slippery material which prevents grip to building surfaces.
  • Highly thixotropic for application to vertical and horizontal surfaces
  • Fluorescent pigments and secret trace element enable Law Enforcement Agencies to link suspects and clothing to the scene of the crime.
