Yeah. That section is actually part of where the Erie Canal used to be and then later decked over and turned into a subway. Currently it's where overflows from the nearby dam of the Genesee River fill the section not used by rail and spill out the arches. The building above it is the main library branch, built overtop in the 1930s. It's been featured in one of them ghost hunting shows on Discovery or something like that.
