Well these are the only documents I've really recorded while going UE'ing.. So I guess I'll post them here..

March --th 2004
----------------------------------

I just got back from the psych two hours ago.. Parked in the new psych parking lot and walked over to the old psych, no sign of security..

March --th 2004
-------------------------

-Went to the psych around 6:00 pm

-Met security officer on the new psych ground and I was standing on the road and he stopped and said "See the sidewalk, USE IT!" (Complete ass but he really didn't seem to care that we were wondering around on the old psych property.)

-Went into two buildings that were wide open, not sure which buildings though.

-Met a mental patient on the old psych grounds... He was so weird yet full of information.. He was sorta muttering to himself about us saying what buildings to go into what happened in them and I heard him say something about crackers, bonkers, and then said 1972 the year when the most suicides occured.. Freaky stuff lol, I should have snapped a picture of him!

So the security isn't to bad...

May --st 2004
-----------------------

- Walked around on Psych grounds for documentary
- Security drove by us and stared at us (I waved)
- Lots of buildings open that were not before... (Rec. Hall, 19, 20)
- Surprisingly nobody else was there.. (First time I've been without running into other explorers..)

When the documentary is done I'll upload it somehow and put it on here..

Tuesday May -th 2004
----------------------------------
- Went to Psych
- In car travelling down Gordon st. friend was hanging out the window doing a video shoot of the property.
- Noticed a security van following us.
- Fucked around with him for awhile (Weaved in and out of parking lot)
- Stopped and got out to talk
- Called over another security gaurd (Sort of an ass)
- Made us delete all of our footage
- Asked who my school teacher was and I said, "I don't know if I want to tell you that"
- Then told me to give him ID
- Took down my name and license plate
- Then called one of his security buddys and said that he wasn't going to call the police
- We left

What is the worst thing that could happen? We were on a public road in our car?!?!? Errr but anyways no ticket so I'm happy...

-----------------------------------

I'll keep adding as I keep exploring!

Instead of wasting your time on these forums why don't you try making a boat out of old crates?

Well this just shows you how I feel about EGU although some of his points do have some truth to them.. Overall he's still an idiot though!

Future UE'ing
--------------------------
I have a cottage on Georgian Bay near Midland, just off of Hwy. 12. Anyways ever since I was 7 I've wanted to visit the Port McNicol Grain Elevator (http://www.uer.ca/locations/show.asp?locid=200060) which is straight across Hoggs Bay. For the last month I've planned a trip to the place every weekend when I've been up at my cottage. Saturday is my day I generally go boating and drive around on the sea doo and other things. Every Sunday I have planned to drive or boat over to the elevator and head inside to get rid of my curiousity. Unfortunately ever Sunday it has been raining for the last month. When I mean rain I mean like downpours of rain. I never thought it could rain so much type of rain.

Anyways I'm saying it again! This weekend I'm heading in and taking some nicer pictures.

Another place that is near my cottage is the Midland Grain Elevator and some sort of building beside it (http://www.uer.ca/locations/show.asp?locid=21193) . Not sure if its connected with the elevator or not. This elevator is about half the size as the one on Hoggs bay. If you go to the LDB and check out the pictures you will see that it has a huge miral painted on it that took a total of 3 years to complete. The town of Midland probably spent a lot of money on it therefor preserving the building. I don't think they are going to tear it down after they just painted that.

The Port McNicol Grain Elevators' future is not so bright. There have been rumours of demolishing it ever since I was 10, so 7 years ago. I remember one time on the news near my cottage I walked in and I saw a video clip of a grain elevator identical to the one on my bay being blown up. I started to cry and throw a fit, so my parents decided they were going to call my grandparents who were at my cottage to prove that it was not the one near us. After all that I still didn't believe them and I was sad all week until we went up to the cottage and saw it. Now that I'm older and more mature than I was when I was 10.. or at least I think I am I know that they don't have the money to do anything with the building so I think its rather secure. Around 4 years ago there used to be 3 towers on traintracks that ran beside the elevator, they demolished these and surrounded the entire building with rubble so kids cannot get in. Now there are area's where it has been removed allowing access inside.

Anyways thats my story.. I'll post some pictures/information on the inside when it decides to stop raining on Sunday

Cya later!

Currently the things I enjoy doing the most are boating. We just got a new boat and sea doo recently and I'm wasting all my time on them! We used to have a 24 ft. Bayliner but someone stole the outdrive off it and it cost us $5000 to fix the damn thing. Heres a picture of what was stolen!

Anyways it turns out the mechanic that was going to fix it. Had a little bowrider which we were looking at buying. So after a hour of negotiation my dad and the mechanic finally struck a deal. We ended up with this 1999 Celebrity 180 an 18 ft. bowrider with a Chevy 4.3L Vortec engine with 223 hp. Here it is

Last september I wanted a sea doo, so my neighbour who works for Autotrader gave me a book to look through.. My dad bitched and yelled saying that he would never get a Sea doo. Well two weeks later he was hooked on them and bought one, he also wants another now Heres the 1995 Sea Doo GTX

Between those two boats thats where all my time is being spent currently and will continued to be spent throughout the summer time! Heres our dock with our 14' Aluminum fishing boat.. We have a total of like 9 boats at our dock because we share a dock with our neighbours! Thats me standing beside the Sea doo... I look really short there but I'm actually 6' tall

Thanks for Reading!

Alright so I've had the same avatar for 6 months.. I figured I better make a new one.. I found a picture of some abandoned place and shrunk it big-time and added a nice solid black border.. Very simple easy avatar but I like it! I'm having trouble making it 150x150 pixels and meeting the required file size I've decreased the quality of the photo enough as it is so I don't know what to do! Any suggestions!?!

Here it is:

Problem solved! Thanks Av!

Alright so I've got one day of studying and school left! I've completed three of four exams! The one that is left is by far the most important because I have a 48% in it. (Physics).. I need a 58 or better on the exam to pass the course. It shouldn't be to hard. I've still been studying a lot for my standards in order to dodge summer school. Thats what's going on with my life right now.. Just need school to end. I can't describe how much I hate that place heh.. Some classes are alright, others are just complete bullshit! Anyways thats life for ya, you have to do somethings you don't like doing.

Another thing, people ragging on Av about how he shouldn't be able to get the last say in a thread. It boggles my mind how people can be so unconsiderate about this, I mean the guy is nice enough to let us post pictures and post storys about what we like to do for FREE. He doesn't ask for anything except for some mature behaviour which isn't to much to ask. People don't understand that Av has a lot of power over regular posters like myself. If he doesn't like whats on "his" forums he should have every right to delete the topic, or lock it like in the previous situation. Just leave Av, and the moderating team alone so they can do there job to there best ability. I personally think they do a great job!

Weekend Activities

Well this weekend I went up to my cottage located on Georgian Bay. Friday we arrived at around 2:00 and it was shitty. We came from Whitby where it was 31 degree's and sunny to the cottage which was 20 degree's and rainy. I was disappointed. However Saturday was a little bit better minus the wind. The wind blew hard all day which made me unable to take out the boats but we built 2 more sections of floating dock! 16ft. x 6ft. (Each section). Now we have a total of 225 ft. of dock. Thats a lot of dock, on hot summer days when you go down to the end of the dock your so warm by that point you have to jump in the water. Anyways heres some pictures of the dock project, I took the pictures so the people you see working are my dad and my neighbour.

Here we are checking to make sure the dock is square before we carraige bolt the dock together. Those are 2 x 12's.
20683.jpg (84 kb, 520x390)

The floats have been put on the dock and we are adding middle supports here to keep the floats from floating off the wood section. The middle runners are also 2 x 12's
20684.jpg (93 kb, 520x390)

My dad is holding the floats up while my neighbour lag bolts the floats to the 2 x 12.
20685.jpg (85 kb, 520x390)

A partially finished section. We put it in the water so we can move it easier. You may not know but wood is very very fuckin' heavy so before putting the decking on it we decided to put it in the water so it's easier to move once the decking is on it.
20686.jpg (96 kb, 520x390)

Putting the decking on the docks, they are 2 x 6's. They are each 6 ft. long.

This is after the docks are finished, Close up shot of the corner of the dock.

Anyways that took up most of Saturday. Today we came home early because it was cold up north yet again! Now, I've got to go study for my last exam which is tomorrow! Wish me luck I need to pass !
