This is a fun and easy climb with a unique view. However! there are condos being built on this site. For now the towers are still up and the construction site can be accessed from the East or from the South by a small incline behind the TTC stop on King St. at the foot of Fraiser Ave.

I don't know the intentions of the land developers here but I would encourage anyone who's interested to get there soon just in case and because the new condo will block the spectacular view to the West.

The ladder and platforms seem solid but caution is due not only for rust slivers but also timing. The tower is exposed so evening or night is recommended.
