you have to go to the pima air and space museum and make reservations way in advance, its like 6-12 bucks i think, I went a couple of months ago it was pretty cool

Yes, it is worth it! The tour is not as good as it was about 10 years ago when the Air Force base was in charge of it, but still pretty interesting. The museum itself is great, too. They also offer a tour of a missile base - a Titan II, I think, or maybe an Atlas. I'd have to go back and look it up.

Some of the best photos of this place are aerial photos. Are there any companies in the Tucson area that do chartered flyover tours? Maybe like an hour long flight in a little Cessna or something? I can't seem to find any online but I would be very interested in doing something like this.

I used to live on the base, civilian air traffic hasnt been allowed within 3miles of the base since 9/11
